Also, last year I had to watch my daughters softball game outside from the outfield only, ya that helped slow the spread, walked to stands near dugout and tournament officials went crazy couple times, but it was ok to have 4 coaches and all the girls in dugout, and the groundskeepers congregating near the fences.

It was the way for the government to speed up their control over the population. They used it to suspend the constitution just to show they could. Freedom of assembly, freedom to practice religion, personal choice, etc...all suspended by edict.
